Our model is focused on recovery, reablement and regaining independence. Our flats provide local authorities time to have a prolonged period of assessment to identify long term needs, whilst reablement packages of care and therapists can work on identified goals with the client.

Robust governance, safeguarding and quality assurance processes underpin everything we do. 

We work collaboratively with local authority commissioning teams, social workers and discharge coordinators to support timely, safe placements and reduce delayed transfers of care.
